Website Development
A website that earns its first 7 seconds, and every second after.
Most websites are designed for the agency that built them. As a website development company, we engineer sites for the customers who actually use them: scanned in seconds, mobile-first by default, SEO-optimized and conversion-led from the first pixel to the last form field.

The Problem We Saw
We have audited dozens of websites that won awards and lost leads. They looked beautiful in a portfolio and crawled on a phone. They had clever interactions that confused a 45-year-old buyer. They were built around the designer's ego, not the customer's task. We build websites the way clients actually use them.
How VELIQ does it differently.
Pre-build discovery as standard. Before we open Figma, we study your traffic, your competitors, and what your audience actually does on the web.
Mobile-first by default, because more than 70% of your traffic is. Every layout is designed for the phone first.
Speed is a budget, not a hope. We set a performance budget on day one and hold it through launch.
Conversion-aware from copy to CTA. Every page has one job, and every section earns its place.

The 7-Second Test
Every homepage is judged in 7 seconds. Here is what yours must pass.
What does this company do? In plain language, above the fold.
Who is it for? Am I in the right place?
What's the one specific outcome they promise me?
Why should I trust them? Logos, proof, and numbers, not adjectives.
How do they do it differently? One sentence, not a manifesto.
What's the next step? One primary CTA, not five.
Does this look like it was built recently? Visual currency is brand currency.
What results look like.
The WHY FAQ.
WHY: Why don't you publish prices?
Because the same site costs different money in Cairo, Riyadh, and New York. The discovery meeting calibrates the price to your market and scope.
WHY: Why mobile-first when our buyers are on desktop?
Even buyers who close on desktop research on mobile. Mobile-first forces every layout to earn its place. If it works on a phone, it will work on a desktop.
WHY: Why custom over a template?
Templates are fine for a side project. For a serious operation, every layout decision you outsource to a template is a position you lose to a competitor who didn't.
WHY: Why is bilingual harder than it looks?
Bilingual sites that 'work' often break RTL layouts, mix font hierarchies, or duplicate content in ways that hurt SEO. We architect bilingual sites with the language switch as a first-class citizen.
Frequently asked questions.
How long does a website project take?
Core tier sites typically launch in 4 to 6 weeks, Precision in 6 to 10 weeks, and Mastery timelines are scoped individually since they're open-ended in pages and integrations.
Who owns the website once it's built?
You do. Source code, CMS access, hosting credentials, and domain stay under your business, so nothing is held hostage after launch.
What do you need from us to start?
Brand assets, any existing content or copy you want kept, access to your domain and hosting (or we help you set new ones up), and a single point of contact for approvals.
Do you provide hosting?
We can recommend and set up hosting, but it's billed separately from the build and stays in your name, not ours.
What happens after launch, is there ongoing support?
Mastery includes ongoing speed monitoring and technical SEO audits. Core and Precision clients can add a maintenance retainer separately, so ongoing care is a distinct, transparent line item rather than an assumption.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two rounds on Core, four plus partial copywriting on Precision, and unlimited on Mastery, all specified upfront so nobody's guessing what counts as a round.
Can you migrate our existing content and SEO rankings?
Yes. A migration plan covering redirects, sitemap, and indexing checks is part of any rebuild so you don't lose the rankings your current site already earned.
Do you build in Arabic and English?
Yes, and bilingual isn't an afterthought translation layer. RTL layout, font hierarchy, and SEO structure are architected for it from the start, up to 3 languages on Mastery.
What platform or CMS do you build on?
We choose the CMS or framework based on your actual needs, content volume, your team's technical comfort, and integrations required, rather than defaulting to one platform for every client.
What if we need more pages or features after the project starts?
Anything beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before we build it, so there's no surprise invoice and no pressure to squeeze extra pages into a fixed-price tier that wasn't scoped for them.
Our process.
“After our discovery meeting, we recommend the tier that fits your actual needs, not the one that fits our revenue targets.”
